There are a few different options available for tracking a pregnancy, including a twin pregnancy. As a twin mom myself, below I am sharing the options I recommend for tracking your pregnancy with two. So, let’s get started by talking about how using a twin pregnancy tracker can help.

What Can a Twin Pregnancy Tracker Help With?

The main thing a twin pregnancy tracker can help with is tracking your pregnancy progress as your two babies grow inside the womb. You will learn how big your babies are and how they are developing.

Additionally, if you opt for a printable tracker, it can also help expecting twin parents stay organized with checklists and tracking logs. Finally, when you have completed filling out a printable twin pregnancy tracker you will have a beautiful pregnancy memory book to look back on.

It’s also important to point out that a twin pregnancy tracker is something that is created specifically for those who are expecting twins. You do want to be careful which one you get because sometimes people create pregnancy planners and just slap the word twins on the cover.

The one I am sharing below is one that I personally created because I had found there to be a lack of availability when I was pregnant with my twins. My twin pregnancy tracker contains checklists, tracker logs, and journal pages designed especially for twins (unlike many other options on the market)!

How To Track Twin Pregnancy Progress

There are probably two main ways people use a twin pregnancy tracker. The most often thought of option is with a pregnancy app. I know I personally used the What To Expect app when I was pregnant both with twins and with a singleton. However, this wasn’t ideal for twins because it is built for a typical pregnancy.

Now, the good news is there are some apps available that have been created specifically for twin pregnancies. The bad news is they all come with very mixed reviews. Nonetheless, here are some you might want to check out:

In addition to using an app to track your twin pregnancy, I also recommend using a printable Twin Pregnancy Planner & Journal. You will find more choices available for this type of twin pregnancy tracker, that have been created specifically for twin pregnancies.

Finally, another option you could check out is this Pregnancy Spreadsheet, with a template for both Google Sheets and Excel. Unfortunately it’s not specifically for twins, but you can still use it as a twin pregnancy tracker if this is the method you would prefer using. Next, I am sharing more details on what comes in the printable Twin Pregnancy Tracker (Planner / Journal) that I personally created.
